1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@autodrive.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3. Vehicle Listings & Accuracy

AutoDrive aggregates vehicle listings from a network of verified dealership partners. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of pricing, specifications, availability, or imagery. All vehicles are subject to prior sale. We recommend independent inspection before purchase. AutoDrive is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

4. Test Drives & Booking

Test drive requests submitted through the Platform are forwarded to the respective dealer. Confirmation is subject to dealer availability, scheduling, and eligibility requirements (valid driver's license, proof of insurance, minimum age). AutoDrive does not guarantee the fulfillment of any test drive request. You agree to hold harmless AutoDrive for any incidents arising during a test drive arranged via the Platform.

5. Purchases & Financing

Any vehicle purchase, financing application, or lease agreement is solely between you and the respective dealer or financial institution. AutoDrive may facilitate the transmission of your information to partners but is not responsible for credit decisions, interest rates, loan terms, or the final sale contract. All transactions are subject to dealer terms and applicable laws.

6. Payments & Fees

AutoDrive does not currently charge users a fee for browsing, booking test drives, or submitting financing inquiries. However, we may introduce premium services in the future with clear disclosure. Any deposits or payments made through the Platform are processed by third-party payment processors; AutoDrive is not liable for payment disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

The AutoDrive name, logo, and all content on the Platform—including text, graphics, images, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof—are the exclusive property of AutoDrive or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems.
• Use any automated means (scraping, bots) to extract data without express permission.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., dealer sites, payment processors). These links are provided for convenience only; AutoDrive does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access them at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AUTO DRIVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTO DRIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutoDrive, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You waive any objection to such venue.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
